We threw ourselves into year one - installing frost fans, buying a new tractor, building a tractor shed, establishing the winery, studying at Plumpton – Britain’s Centre of Excellence in wine education - and finally bringing in our first harvest and pressing our first wine.
It’s been hands-on and headfirst from the start - and this is only the beginning.
